What to do and when

How the Clearing House works
  • Your referees write their statements on the Clearing House site and submit them there. You do not send them yourself.Clearing House, checked
  • Your application goes to your courses once the Clearing House has checked your GBC document, both statements are in and the fee is paid in full. Applications are released in batches of about a hundred, and courses consider every batch equally.Clearing House, checked
  • If a statement is still missing at the last release, your application goes without it.Clearing House, checked
  • Each course short-lists on its own criteria, some set a test first, and each runs its own interviews.Clearing House, checked
