What the pass includes
The pass gives you every practice in full and keeps your results from payment until 30 June 2027. It ends on that date whenever you buy it.
- SJT practice: all 100 scenarios, a new test of 10 each time.
- Research methods: all 150 questions, with or without a timer.
- Deductive reasoning: all 100 items, as drills or timed sets.
- Research critique: all 20 abstracts, with model answers.
- Interview practice: all 80 prompts, with what a strong answer covers.
- Your history: every SJT test saved, with your weak areas by topic. Research methods and reasoning results are saved too.
It works in a current web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
What you can use without a pass
- Every course record
- The odds, pay and the timeline
- Your checklist and dashboard
- A sample of every practice
The price
The price is the one on the pricing page, in pounds sterling, and Stripe’s payment page shows it again before you pay. It is paid once, and nothing is added at checkout. It is not a subscription, so your card is not charged again.
Who can buy
Passes are sold only to buyers in the UK. If the card or the billing address is from outside the UK, the payment is cancelled before any money is taken, and no pass is issued. In the rare case that the money was already taken, it is refunded in full.
How buying works
- Sign in with your email link, then on the buy page check your account address and tick the box about access starting straight away.
- Continue to Stripe’s payment page, check the price, and pay by card. Stripe handles your full card number and security code; this site does not receive them.
- Access starts as soon as the payment goes through. The pass is kept on an account under your verified email address. An email confirms your pass, and signing in gives you access on each device.
Before submitting payment to Stripe, you can go back, sign out and use a different account. If you paid with the wrong email address, write to us. We keep a record of the purchase until a week after the pass ends, and your account shows it. These terms are in English; save or print this page to keep a copy.
Your right to cancel
Online purchases usually come with 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right ends once access starts, if you first asked for it to start and accepted losing the right. Before you pay, the buy page asks you to tick a box that reads:
“Start my access immediately after payment. I understand that I lose my 14-day right to cancel once access starts.”
Without the tick, the payment does not go ahead. Access starts as soon as you pay, so from then on you cannot cancel because you have changed your mind. Your confirmation email repeats the words you ticked.
If something stops your access starting, you can still cancel within 14 days of paying. Tell us by email to hello@dclinpsyprep.co.uk, with the form on your account, or with the form below. All your money goes back to your card within 14 days of hearing from you.
Model cancellation form
The law sets out this form (Schedule 3, Part B). You do not have to use it: any clear statement that you are cancelling will do.
To Jamie McKernan, trading as DClinPsy Prep, Wheatsheaf Gardens, Lewes, Sussex, BN7 2UQ, United Kingdom, hello@dclinpsyprep.co.uk:
I/We [*] hereby give notice that I/We [*] cancel my/our [*] contract of sale of the following goods [*]/for the supply of the following service [*],
Ordered on [*]/received on [*],
Name of consumer(s),
Address of consumer(s),
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),
Date
[*] Delete as appropriate.
If something is wrong
The law requires the pass to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its purpose. Ticking the box does not change that, and nothing in these terms takes these rights away. If the pass falls short:
- you can ask us to fix it or replace it, at no cost to you, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience;
- if neither can be done, or it is not done that way, you can have some or all of your money back, up to the full price, paid to the card you used with no fee within 14 days of our agreeing it;
- if it damages your device or other digital content because we did not take reasonable care, we will repair the damage or pay you for it.
Refunds
If the pass is faulty or not as described, you are owed what the section above sets out: first a fix or a replacement, and if neither works, some or all of your money back. If you change your mind once your access has started, no refund is owed, because you agreed to that before paying. If your access never started, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Other refund requests are considered individually at our discretion. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.
To ask, use the form on your account or email hello@dclinpsyprep.co.uk, and say what is wrong.
Your account and access
- Your pass is kept on an account under the email address you pay with. You sign in with a link we email you; there is no password.
- Sign in with your purchase email address on each device. If a link does not arrive, check spam or ask us for help.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your pass. The purchase record keeps your email address until a week after the pass ends, so signing in again with it finds the pass.
What the practice is
- It is practice in the style of selection tests, not any course’s own test.
- It makes no claim about your chances of a place, and gives no readiness score or prediction of an offer.
- Research critique and interview practice are not graded. You check your own answer against the points given, and nothing you write is saved, sent or read by an AI.
Complaints and contact
Email hello@dclinpsyprep.co.uk, or use the form on your account or the contact page. We read and reply to every message.
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, Citizens Advice can tell you where you stand.
Changes to these terms
The terms for your pass are the ones on this page on the day you bought it. If they change, the date at the top changes and the change is described here.
29 October 2026: the section “How the practice is written” was removed, and its note that research critique and interview practice are not graded moved to “What the practice is”. Nothing about buying a pass, your access or your rights changed.
