Help build this
The material here gets better when people who know the work argue with it. Contributors are credited under their own name, which is worth something on an application.
What would help most
Scenario review
Read draft scenarios and challenge the rankings. Most valuable if you are qualified, on training, or working clinically — but a thoughtful applicant who argues a position well is useful too.
Scenario writing
Write new scenarios in a clinical domain you know, with explanations grounded in the BPS and HCPC standards. There is a guide to how these are structured.
Statistics content
Extend the research methods material, or check what is there. Particularly useful if you teach or have recently examined this.
Writing
Articles on the application process, written under your own name. Everything published here carries a real byline.
Being straight with you
This is a small site run by one person. Contributing is unpaid, the commitment is whatever you can give, and there is no guarantee your work will be used — scenarios in particular go through review before they are published.
What you do get: a real credit under your own name, and clinical or academic writing experience you can point to. If you are applying, that is not nothing. If that sounds like a fair exchange, get in touch.
